What kinds of products do you sell?
Practical household goods in four main groups: storage, cleaning, kitchen and laundry. The catalogue lists around fifty distinct products. Each product page shows a description and a GBP price. We do not sell services, gift cards or digital-only items through this shop.
Is the shop only for customers in the United Kingdom?
No. The operator is a UK company and the site is written in British English with prices in GBP, but we sell to customers across Europe as well as the UK. Delivery across Europe — terms confirmed separately.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available across Europe, not UK-only. Destination details, carriers and any shipping fees are confirmed separately when you order or when we contact you about fulfilment. More detail is on delivery & returns.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch physical goods after PayPal confirms payment. Exact transit times depend on the destination and the carrier used for that order. Because carriers and fees are confirmed separately, we do not publish a single guaranteed delivery window on the site. If a parcel is delayed, email support@amichaelreddy.com with your PayPal order reference.
Is shipping included in the price I see at checkout?
Product pages and the basket show the goods total in GBP. Delivery cost is not added automatically in the PayPal basket total shown on this site. Shipping terms for European destinations are confirmed separately — see delivery & returns.
What currency are prices in?
All product prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The amount you authorise in PayPal for the goods matches the basket total for those items. Your bank or PayPal may convert the charge if your funding source is in another currency; that conversion is between you and PayPal, not something we set on this website.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Product pages show GBP prices with VAT included where stated. The basket total for goods is the amount sent to PayPal for those items. Our VAT number is GB413421247.
How do I pay?
Add items to your basket, enter your delivery address, then continue to PayPal. You complete payment on PayPal's website. We do not collect card numbers, CVV codes or card expiry dates on amichaelreddy.com. Payment is only treated as successful after PayPal capture completes — see the terms of sale.
Can I pay by card on your website?
You can pay with a card through PayPal if PayPal offers that option for your account, but the card fields appear on PayPal, not on our pages. We do not run a separate card form on this site.
When is a contract formed?
When you pay via PayPal and we confirm payment, a contract is formed for the items listed at the GBP prices shown. We may refuse orders where stock is unavailable. Full wording is in the terms of sale.
What if an item is out of stock?
Availability is shown on product pages where we have it. If stock changes after you start checkout, we may refuse the order for unavailable items as described in the terms. Contact support@amichaelreddy.com if you need help choosing an alternative.
How do returns work?
For faulty or misdescribed items, contact us within a reasonable time with photos and your PayPal receipt. Consumer rights under UK law apply to qualifying purchases. Return shipping instructions are provided case by case — we do not publish a fixed returns price list. Details: delivery & returns.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Email support@amichaelreddy.com with your PayPal order reference and photos of the packaging and item. We handle delayed or damaged parcels through that channel as described on the delivery & returns page.
How do I contact you?
For orders and product questions use support@amichaelreddy.com or the contact form. Billing queries: billing@amichaelreddy.com. General enquiries: info@amichaelreddy.com. We do not publish a company telephone number on this website.
Do you answer the contact form by phone?
No. The contact form and email addresses above are the channels we publish. The phone field on the form is for your number if you choose to leave one — it is not a published company line.
Where can I read about privacy and cookies?
See the privacy policy for how order and contact data are processed, and the cookie policy for essential storage, basket data and consent. Analytics and advertising scripts are not loaded if you reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice later via cookie settings in the footer.
